2. No medical advice

The information, analyses, reports, and recommendations on Cosmogroup EU's platforms are exclusively intended for professional use by healthcare professionals, sports scientists, and authorized organizations. They form no substitute for medical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment by a qualified doctor or healthcare provider.

FarmacoBiomics reports are decision support tools for use by qualified healthcare professionals. The ultimate responsibility for clinical decisions always rests with the treating professional.

No part of the platforms may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Cosmogroup EU.

6. Confidentiality of Reports

Reports generated through Cosmogroup EU’s platforms are strictly confidential and intended solely for the recipient. Distribution to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned and the treating professional is prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the use of Cosmogroup EU’s platforms shall be Belgian law Applicable. Competent court: Commercial Court of Ghent, Ghent Division.
