S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Pr\u00e9vention sur le Lieu de Travail : Formation aux Chariots \u00c9l\u00e9vateurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Parce que nous accordons une grande importance \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la pr\u00e9vention, nous nous engageons \u00e0 former continuellement nos employ\u00e9s au travail en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail. Avec cette approche, nous nous conformons bien entendu \u00e9galement \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation gouvernementale, qui vise uniquement \u00e0 garantir notre s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi du 4 ao\u00fbt 1996 relative \u00e0 l'utilisation des \u00e9quipements de travail mobiles, tous les collaborateurs utilisant des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs au sein de notre entreprise doivent suivre une formation ad\u00e9quate sur l'utilisation s\u00e9curitaire des \u00e9quipements de travail (mobiles). Toute personne utilisant ces \u00e9quipements remplit une fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et est tenue de se soumettre p\u00e9riodiquement \u00e0 un examen de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quand ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Au cours de la premi\u00e8re semaine d'octobre 2018, nous avons collabor\u00e9 avec \u201c De Nestor \u201d<\/strong>. Cette organisation est sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le transport, la logistique et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Dans notre cas, ils se sont rendus dans nos installations pour nous donner une formation sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment cela a-t-il fonctionn\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La formation comprenait un volet th\u00e9orique le matin et un volet pratique l'apr\u00e8s-midi, tous deux se terminant par un examen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le matin<\/strong> Nous avons tout appris sur les chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs dans l'entreprise. Pensez \u00e0 la conduite en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail, aux consignes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l'entretien des v\u00e9hicules. Nous avons \u00e9galement acquis des connaissances pratiques, comme la mani\u00e8re de v\u00e9rifier la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la durabilit\u00e9 des v\u00e9hicules. \u00c0 la fin de la matin\u00e9e, les employ\u00e9s ont pass\u00e9 un examen th\u00e9orique de 30 questions pour tester leur compr\u00e9hension de la th\u00e9orie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans l'apr\u00e8s-midi<\/strong> a suivi la partie pratique. Tous les employ\u00e9s qui doivent utiliser un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur dans le cadre de leur fonction ont pass\u00e9 un examen pratique pour d\u00e9montrer qu'ils ma\u00eetrisent suffisamment les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour travailler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Obligation l\u00e9gale :<\/strong> Outre le fait que la formation soit prescrite par la loi, elle offre \u00e0 nos employ\u00e9s la possibilit\u00e9 d'acqu\u00e9rir des comp\u00e9tences aupr\u00e8s de professionnels du secteur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Pr\u00e9vention des accidents :<\/strong> La minimisation des accidents sur le lieu de travail est une priorit\u00e9 importante. Nos employ\u00e9s apprennent \u00e0 agir dans les pires sc\u00e9narios si quelque chose se produit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Qualit\u00e9 et confiance :<\/strong> Enfin, nous tenons \u00e0 rassurer nos clients. Le sentiment que vos produits sont entre de bonnes mains et qu'ils sont trait\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re professionnelle et responsable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
