L'audit sar\u00e0 eseguito nell'autunno del 2018 da Bureau Veritas Certification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">La qualit\u00e0 \u00e8 il fondamento su cui poggia la nostra attivit\u00e0. L'implementazione di sistemi accreditati ISO, unita alla nostra rigorosa e inflessibile attenzione alle pratiche di produzione Lean Six Sigma, garantisce alla nostra clientela prodotti eccellenti a un prezzo adeguato al loro budget.<\/p>\n<p><b>Che cos'\u00e8 la ISO 22000?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">L'obiettivo generale della ISO 22000 \u00e8 armonizzare a livello globale i requisiti per la gestione della sicurezza alimentare per le organizzazioni all'interno della filiera alimentare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">La norma ISO 22000 \u00e8 uno standard globale per i sistemi di gestione della sicurezza alimentare (FSMS) per l'intera filiera alimentare, che comprende tutto, dai coltivatori e produttori ai trasformatori e confezionatori, trasporto e punto vendita. La norma si estende anche per includere i fornitori di prodotti e servizi non alimentari, come produttori di attrezzature e servizi di pulizia. Pu\u00f2 essere implementata da organizzazioni di qualsiasi dimensione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">La ISO 22000 specifica i requisiti per un sistema di gestione della sicurezza alimentare (FSMS) che coinvolge comunicazione interattiva, gestione del sistema e programmi di prerequisiti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Lo standard si concentra sulla sicurezza della catena di approvvigionamento, inclusi i principi del sistema di gestione, ed \u00e8 allineato con i principi dell'analisi dei pericoli e punti critici di controllo (HACCP) del Codex Alimentarius, una raccolta di standard, codici di condotta, linee guida e altre raccomandazioni riconosciute a livello internazionale relative agli alimenti, alla produzione alimentare e alla sicurezza alimentare.<\/p>\n<p><b>Che cos'\u00e8 la ISO 9001?<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">La norma ISO 9001:2015 definisce i requisiti per un sistema di gestione della qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; font-size: 14px;\">Questo standard si basa su una serie di principi di gestione della qualit\u00e0 tra cui una forte attenzione al cliente, la motivazione e il coinvolgimento del top management, l'approccio per processi e il miglioramento continuo.
